Mission:
To impart appropriate training to the would-be school teachers who will enrich school education in and outside the state with their knowledge and expertise. To provide sufficient flexibility in the Teacher Education Program for students who have studied in language, humanities and science streams. To provide opportunities to the pupil teachers. To learn through pedagogy through theory classes, Practical teaching in schools of varying profiles. To provide exposure to computer applications use of language lab, use of laboratory techniques in the science and Psychology lab. To develop the personality of the students so that they can function in their later life as responsible and resourceful teachers.

To develop an institution of teachers education that will stand in the future as an effective instrument for enriching school education and society as a whole.

The objectives of our institution are to provide quality education to each student, empower students to achieve their goals by providing access to high quality and affordable higher education, impart teachers training which enables the prospective teachers to visualize the world in the new light of universal values, introduce and nurture innovative techniques while teaching in real classroom situations so as to reflect a positive attitude towards the teaching process.
